read some articles abt popping which supplements for skin health.results... fish oil and fish cartilage. evening primrose oil helps to fight eczema and pms.
so happily went shopping for these supplements. and bought a super value pack of 180 capsules of evening primrose oil + fish oil. satisfied with the cheap purchase and started popping it on 31jan. 2pills daily with food.
i hav been popping pills from this brandA since mar06. it was on promotion price at watson's of $16 for 50 capsules. 2pills daily. it labeled as elastin collagen - nutritional supplement for good complexion. but, promo price dont last for long, and usual price is $19+.
dint wanna spare much for the price as was still unemployed then. so, i reduced to pop a pill daily.
finally, found the great catch @mustafa with twin pack @$30+. Woahoo!! overjoyed man! since then, i'll grab my pills there! then, i was still with melvin who disallows me to go mustafa alone as there sure to be alot of devilish eyes on me. he did accompany me there twice and aft ta, i went there alone when my classmates couldnt make the trip down with me. ended up, i walked fast in the mall, grabbed 2twin packs and left for home fast fast.
i dont see much effects from this brand. at least, no pimple pop out during my pms. facial oil discharge remain. consider quite satisfied lo.
however, this time (brandB), big pimples started to pop out on my neck. these 'popsters' reminded me how badly pimple-fied my face was during secondary school days.
OH MY GOD! they are back! i dont want!~...
though they are not on my face. but they are irritatingly painful. and my itchy hands cannot resist to touch and squeeze them. URGH! i hate them.
jasmine warned me ta evening primrose oil could generate cyst growth in womb as she heard from her cousin who experienced cyst growth in her womb and heard this from her doc. ~scary~...
when we asked stella the side effects of this, she agreed and commented that evening primrose oil would actually make some ppl fat and pimply. OOPS!
now i regret popping these pills but i still hav 2mths of pills in the bottle. what to do? finish them or to throw away?
since i beginning to settle for work by march, no matter what... i will still finish this bottle and will invest $100 every mth for that brand that zoe tay endorsed.
even jaky has smoother complexion than me now. remembering his skin condition used to be similar to mine. now, spotless!
well, he's a insurance agent now. making big bucks lah as jus bought a car. also, he needs a spotless face to meet his cilents mah...
