meet-up me...

it's our bi-mthly gathering with my crazy gang, who are from my TP's yr2 classmates. the suspects are YY, jackson, vincent, denise and xinxin. but, this time, denise and yy are absent.

denise is usually the one who is not with us. she's sure to hav her excuses. examples, her mum's bday or sick, even not answering any of our calls. today's, she's in malaysia. probably with her beau, ah-gui (as we were intro with but nv met), meeting his parents.
yy's missing is unusual. he is another one to compete with jackson. always has lotsa rubbish to contribute to xinxin's and my laughters!

had a great dinner @cafe cartel. ordered 2sets of pork ribs, a chicken cutlet and a meat lovers'. damn loaded with meat!
then, we walked around to digest some space for later dessert @andersons'. was teasing jackson for a waitress, eunice @andersons' who we met in the last gathering. kept saying she is a sweet gal and is a good catch for jackson. HAhaha...

however, we patronised suntec's bcoz was too tired after KLKK. wasnt satisfied with the quantity and service quality served. the waitress, alicia, was an ah-lian. no smile and with bay-song attitude.
ordered happie brownie, strawberry farm and single fondue. all were in miserable sizes. brownie was a small triangular piece, 6 small strawberries were scattered on the plate and fondue wasnt appetitising @1st look.
should hav made our last effort to marina sq!!! URGH!

saw daphne and joanne @anderson's too. wat a coincidence! nv expect that joanne is back in sg for good. hasnt been chatting with her since i last distrusted ICQ. had exchanged msn contacts.

our next gathering will be in november, celebrating jackson's bday. we are planning to feast at zhi char stall at kopitiam. gotta search ard for a good and cheap one.
